Supplier Requirements

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR SUPPLIERS REGARDING THE SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

For the provision of processes, products, and services, our suppliers (when required) must report during business hours:

Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Additionally, they must comply with the following:

Machining
  • Workshop equipped with the necessary infrastructure for the production of the requested parts.
  • Parts marked with the part number and supplier number.
  • Personnel with at least 3 years of experience as a lathe operator.
  • Completion within the agreed timeframe
  • Packaging of parts that facilitates their transport and counting
  • Quality Inspection Approval (Dimensional)
Ballistic Material
  • Manufacturer's ballistic certificate by heat, corresponding to the grade of steel supplied.
  • Invoice Delivery
  • Steel Chemical Certificate

  • Completion within the agreed timeframe
  • Packaging for parts that facilitates transport and counting by heat/batch.
Vehicles
  • Clean vehicle in good condition
  • Vehicle delivery scheduled by Production Planning (where applicable)
  • Receipt for vehicle delivery

  • Vehicle with fuel for the inspection test drive—receipt
  • Vehicle with original documentation and accessories
  • Quality Inspection Approval (Physical and Functional)
Spare Parts and Materials for After-Sales Service
  • Product delivery at the scheduled time
  • Invoice and/or delivery note listing the costs of the material being delivered.
  • Have a copy of the Purchase Order covering the merchandise and quantities being delivered to the warehouse.
  • The address on the purchase order must indicate the warehouse where the goods are being delivered.

  • Product in good condition
Maintenance or Installation Services for Infrastructure, Machinery, or Equipment
  • Personnel with official identification and active IMSS enrollment
  • Report for duty wearing the uniform of the company you represent.
  • Safety equipment required for the activity to be performed
  • Submit a checklist of personal equipment and tools upon entry.
  • Comply with the organization's safety guidelines.
  • Safeguard the assets of the company and its clients.
  • Personnel with at least one year of experience in mechanics, electrical work, plumbing, and IT installations (as applicable).
  • Adherence to the agreed delivery schedule
  • Compliance with job specifications in accordance with the delivery order.
  • Handover of the facilities in perfect condition
  • Applicant's approval of the service
Vehicle Repair Process Agency authorized by the brand of the vehicle to be repaired
  • Personnel trained by the manufacturer and/or the agency
  • Personnel trained as automotive technicians
  • Adherence to the agreed delivery schedule
  • Clean vehicle in good condition
Painting Process Compliance with standard NOM-085-SEMARNAT-2011, applicable to the use of paint booths, is required.
  • Personnel with at least one year of experience in the painting department.
  • Adherence to the agreed-upon vehicle delivery time
  • Color matching of the worked part(s)
  • Paint defects (must be free of fish-eyes, dullness, particles, runs, etc.)
  • Polishing and buffing
  • Interior and exterior cleaning
Personal Labor Services Legally established company N/A Personnel must meet the required profile.

NOTES:

  1. Your company’s interaction with TPS will be directly with personnel from the purchasing, security, warehouse, payments, maintenance, or information technology departments (as applicable).
  2. We monitor and track our suppliers' performance through evaluations in which they are rated on:
    • Price
    • Compliance with expected quality
    • Compliance with product specifications
    • Adherence to delivery schedules and scheduled quantities
    • Compliance with specifications in the requestli>

  3. Should TPS require an audit or inspection visit to your facilities, such visits shall be arranged by mutual agreement and notified at least 7 days in advance.
